A typical Introduction screen that show why EziNet is the ideal solution for Guests, Travel Agents, Trade Debtors and Hotel/Motel chains.

This view is of the Availability. This is a live view from the sites reservation software, which means that the rooms on the list are actually available. This is different to online systems that show availability by room class. During peak periods this can fail if a guests wants more than a one day stay due to the fact that while the room class might be available it might extend over tow or more rooms necessitating a room change by the guest on arrival or during the stay. Viewing the actual availability for the period set by the guest eliminates all confrontation and problems. In effect, your system is guaranteeing the guest has a room.

Once this form is completed the guest is taken to the Personal Detail Screen to complete.

If you have Tours available then the Tour page will appear next where guest can choose to add a tour to their booking of just skip to the EziPay screen.

The Next>>> option will take the guest to the EziPay screen. If they choose to pay nor or on arrival then credit card details must be entered. (We can turn this off for you if required). If they choose to Direct Debit then your bank details will appear and also print on the Confirmation Letter immediately.

Also remember that these details are being entered on the pc at the accommodation site, not on some 3rd party site which will send it all to you by email. We eliminate all security risks to the guest by linking directly to the site pc. And because it is a direct connection, there is no risk of any viruses infecting your pc.

The Confirmation letter prints as soon as the guest clicks on Confirm Booking.

Once this is printed the system returns the guest to the opening screen where they can make another booking or Quit. When they choose quit, the EziNet interface is removed from their pc with no trace left behind.
